If you submit a project inquiry, we may collect:

This website does not collect payment card or bank account information.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

2. Technical and Usage Information

When you visit the website, our hosting provider, Netlify, processes limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and request or diagnostic data.

If you submit the inquiry form, Netlify processes and stores the information you enter, screens the submission for spam through its form-security providers, including Akismet, and sends an emailed copy to Hold Fast Construction’s Google Workspace account.

• Contact you by email or phone about the project inquiry you submitted;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
• Maintain appropriate business records; and

We may provide information to service providers that support the website and inquiry process, including Netlify for hosting, form storage, spam screening, and notifications; Netlify’s form-security providers, including Akismet; and Google Workspace for business email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, contractors supporting our business operations, or government authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal claims.

Hold Fast Construction does not currently sell personal information or rent it to third parties for their own marketing.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional messages.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral-advertising technologies. Netlify and its service providers may process limited technical data and use security or anti-abuse mechanisms necessary to deliver and protect the website and inquiry form. If we add analytics, advertising, embedded services, or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

Form submissions are stored in Netlify and sent to our Google Workspace email account. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a possible project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, insurance, or other obligations. Retention may vary depending on whether an inquiry becomes a customer or project relationship.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information in our control. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about personal information you submitted through this website or request that it be corrected or deleted. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

This website is intended for adults seeking construction services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
